Be the face of Zudio - In Store Audition Terms & Conditions

1. About Contest/Audition

Zudio is conducting a talent scouting and audition initiative (“Audition”) in select cities for identifying potential faces for upcoming Zudio campaigns.
Final shortlisted participants may be invited for a shoot in Mumbai. Zudio may provide travel or accommodation to the selected participants at its discretion.
A total of 4 participants (1 male and 1 female from each city) may be selected.
This Audition is a promotional activity and does not constitute employment, artist representation, agency relationship, or a contractual engagement.
Participation or selection at any stage does not guarantee final selection or inclusion in any campaign. Final participation and usage of content shall be subject to Zudio’s creative and business requirements.
Zudio reserves the right to modify locations, timelines, and formats of the audition and shoot.

2. Process To Participate in the “Be the Face of Zudio” Open Casting

We will be putting the post on Instagram for asking people to visit the audition location on specific date and time.
First 300 participants will get a chance to audition in Bengaluru at our Zudio store.
After the store audition we will be selecting 1 male & 1 female from each city, who will be called to Mumbai for shoot. Audition proceedings may be photographed or recorded. Limited audition content may be shared on Zudio’s official platforms for promotional purposes. By participating in the event, the participant provides consent to the aforementioned
This will be an Open Casting between the age group of 18-28 with valid government ID proof will be considered for the audition.

Personal data collected during registration shall be used for conducting the Audition and internal evaluation. Personal data shall be processed in accordance with Privacy Policy uploaded on Zudio.com and applicable Indian data protection laws.

3. Participants’ Terms & Conditions

Eligibility - Participants must be between 18 and 28 years of age as on the date of registration. The age criteria is determined solely based on creative and campaign requirements. Participants need to provide valid government-issued ID proof. Information submitted must be accurate and complete.
Voluntary Participation - Participation is voluntary and at the individual’s own risk. Participants may be required to wait and attend auditions in batches. Zudio shall not be responsible for delays or changes in scheduling.
Conduct - Participants are expected to maintain appropriate conduct at all times. Zudio reserves the right to disqualify any participant for misconduct, misrepresentation, or behavior deemed inappropriate or harmful to the brand. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings at the venue. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. To the extent permitted by law, Zudio shall not be liable for loss or minor damage. Any refreshments provided are complimentary, and participants consume them at their own discretion. Nothing herein excludes liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information may result in disqualification at any stage.
Usage Rights - By participating, the Participant grants Zudio a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide licence to use the Participant’s name, image, likeness, and audition recordings solely for audition‑related and Zudio promotional purposes. This licence does not create any entitlement to compensation or employment.
Exclusivity (if needed – optional) - No exclusivity obligations apply at the audition stage. Any exclusivity, if required for a final campaign, shall be governed solely by a separate written agreement with defined scope and duration.
Data Consent - Participants consent to the collection and processing of personal data for audition‑related purposes. Marketing communications, if any, shall be sent only with separate consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
Liability & Indemnity - Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk. Trent Limited shall not be liable for losses arising in the ordinary course of participation, subject always to applicable law. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zudio from any claims arising out of their participation or breach of these terms.
Audition Filming & Usage - The audition process may be photographed and recorded. By participating, individuals consent to being filmed, photographed, and recorded during the audition and grant Zudio the right to use such content, including behind-the-scenes footage, for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes across platforms without any compensation.

4. Contest Terms & Conditions

Nature of Contest - This Audition is not a contest, lottery, or prize promotion. Participation does not guarantee selection or campaign inclusion. By registering, participants expressly consent to being enrolled in the Zudio Fanz database and to receive marketing and promotional communications from Zudio. Participants may opt out at any time.
Selection Process - Selection at all stages is solely at the discretion of Zudio and is final and binding. Participation does not guarantee selection or campaign inclusion. Selected participants will be notified via the contact details provided. Zudio shall not be responsible for failed or missed communications. Selection as a winner does not guarantee final appearance in any campaign or usage of content.
Expenses - Zudio will not cover any costs incurred to attend auditions. Travel and accommodation for selected participants for the Mumbai shoot may be arranged at Zudio’s discretion.
No Compensation - This Audition is not a paid collaboration. No fees or remuneration shall be payable for audition participation.
Usage & Campaign Rights - Final participation in the shoot and usage of content shall be subject to Zudio’s creative and business requirements.
Organizer Rights - Zudio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Audition or amend these Terms for legitimate business or legal reasons, subject to applicable law. Zudio reserves the right to deny entry or participation to any individual at the audition venue for any reason, including non-compliance with instructions or verification requirements.
Force Majeure - Zudio shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
Final Authority - All decisions of Zudio shall be final, subject to applicable laws.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

6. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
