1. ABOUT CONTEST/AUDITION

  1. Zudio is conducting a digital talent‑scouting initiative (“Contest”) to identify musical talent for the upcoming Zudio Fanz Club event in Pune. The contest starts on 9 June 2026 and ends on 18 June 2026. Winners to be announced on 21 June 2026
  2. Participants are required to upload a reel featuring their music on their personal social media handles using the hashtag #BeTheSoundOfZudio and tagging @myzudio.
  3. Selection is entirely at Zudio’s discretion. One or more participants may be chosen to perform live at the Zudio Fanz Club event scheduled on 28th June in Pune (“Event”).
  4. This Contest is a promotional activity and does not constitute employment, artist representation, or a contractual engagement with Zudio or Trent Ltd.
  5. Zudio reserves the right to modify timelines, formats, or details of the Contest or Event at its discretion.

2. PROCESS TO PARTICIPATE

  1. Participants need to create and upload a reel featuring their music on Instagram.
  2. They need to use the hashtag #BeTheSoundOfZudio and tag @myzudio.
  3. Participants profile needs to be public so their post can be reviewed
  4. Zudio will review eligible entries and select participants based on creative, artistic, and brand‑fit considerations.
  5. Selected participants will be contacted via the details available on their social profiles or any information voluntarily shared with Zudio.
  6. Uploading a reel does not guarantee selection.

 

3. PARTICIPANTS TERMS & CONDITIONS

·       Eligibility

  1. Participants must be 18 years or older on the date of entry.
  2. Information shared (if any) must be accurate and complete.
  3. Zudio may request age or identity verification documents from shortlisted participants.

·       Voluntary Participation

  1. Participation is voluntary and at the individual’s own risk.
  2. Zudio shall not be responsible for platform-related issues such as visibility, reach, or engagement of the participant’s reel.
  3. Zudio is not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect details, privacy settings, or technical issues.

·       Conduct

  1. Participants must maintain appropriate conduct online and during the Event.
  2. Zudio reserves the right to disqualify any participant for misconduct, misrepresentation, plagiarism, or behaviour deemed inappropriate or harmful to the brand.

·       Selection & Benefits

  1. Selected participants will receive an opportunity to perform at the Zudio Fanz Club event in Pune on 28th June.
  2. Participants will not receive any remuneration, talent fee, or commercial compensation.
  3. Zudio will cover the participant’s travel, boarding, and lodging (“TBL”) at its discretion.
  4. Selection does not guarantee final performance or usage of the participant’s music/content in future campaigns.

·       Usage Rights

  1. By participating, the participant grants Zudio a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide licence to: use their name, image, music, reel, voice, and likeness record their performance at the Event
  2. The participants grant Zudio the right to record their performance at the Event ans use such content across Zudio’s digital channels, social media, in-store screens, and promotional materials
  3. This licence does not entitle the participant to compensation or employment.

4. ORIGNALITY AND IP-

  1. The participant represents, warrants, and undertakes that: (i) the content submitted (including music, audio, visuals, and performance) is original or that the participant has obtained all necessary licenses, consents, and permissions from relevant rights holders; (ii) the content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, performer’s rights, or moral rights; and (iii) the content is not unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or in violation of applicable laws.
  2. The participant agrees that: (i) they shall be solely responsible for any claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from the submitted content; (ii) they shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zudio (Trent Limited), its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of or in connection with breach of the above representations and warranties or any third-party claim alleging infringement of intellectual property or other rights.
  3. Zudio reserves the right to remove, disable, or disqualify any content or participant, at its discretion, if the content is found to be infringing, non-compliant, or unlawful; or there is a risk of legal or reputational harm.

5. LIVE PERFORMANCE AT VENUE

  1. Final participants will have to mix a set of music from a list of tracks given to them
  2. Tracks shared for mixing or mixed tracks cannot be used for any other event or on any digital platform except at the event

6. DATA CONSENT

  1. Any personal data collected (directly or indirectly through social profiles or communication) shall be used solely for Contest-related evaluation and coordination.
  2. Processing will follow Zudio’s Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws.
  3. Marketing communications, if any, will be sent only with separate consent.

7. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

  1. Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
  2. To the extent permitted by law, Zudio shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from participation, travel, performance, or third-party actions.
  3. Nothing excludes liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

8. EVENT FILMING & PROMOTION

  1. The Event may be photographed, filmed, and recorded.
  2. By participating, individuals consent to being filmed or recorded and grant Zudio rights to use such content for promotional and commercial purposes across platforms, without compensation.

9. NO COMPENSATION

  1. This is not a paid collaboration, partnership, or employment opportunity.
  2. No talent fee, royalty, or remuneration is payable.

10. ORGANIZER RIGHTS

Zudio reserves the right to:

  1. modify, pause, or cancel the Contest
  2. deny participation
  3. alter selection criteria
  4. take decisions that are final and binding

11. FORCE MAJEURE

Zudio shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to circumstances beyond its control.

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

  1. These Terms are governed by Indian law.
  2. Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
