FANZ EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ABOUT THE CONTEST

Zudio is conducting a social media contest (“Contest”) to invite selected members of the Zudio FanZ community to attend the upcoming Zudio FanZ Club event in Pune (“Event”).

2. PROCESS TO PARTICIPATE

The Contest starts on 14/06/26 and ends on 18/06/26.

To participate, individuals must:

  1. Comment on the designated Contest post, telling us why they are a Zudio FanZ
  2. Download and register on the Zudio FanZ App (on playstore or Appstore)

Selected participants will receive an invitation to attend the Zudio FanZ Club event in Pune.

Participation in the Contest does not guarantee selection.

3. ELIGIBILITY

  1. Participants must be between 18 – 28 years of age.
  2. Participants must be from Pune.
  3. Participants must have a valid open Instagram account and a registered Zudio FanZ App account.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

  1. Comment on the Contest post with your response to the question mentioned in the post.
  2. Download and register on the Zudio FanZ App.
  3. Multiple comments do not increase the chances of selection.
  4. Incomplete, inappropriate, offensive, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. 

5. SELECTION OF WINNERS

  1. Winners will be selected by Zudio based on creativity, originality, enthusiasm for the brand, and overall suitability for the Event.
  2. Selection shall be at the sole discretion of Zudio and shall be final and binding.
  3. Selected participants will be contacted via direct message.
  4. If a selected participant does not respond within the stipulated timeline, Zudio reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. EVENT ACCESS

  1. Winners will receive entry to the Zudio FanZ Club event in Pune.
  2. The invitation is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
  3. Travel, accommodation, and any incidental expenses shall be borne by the participant unless otherwise communicated by Zudio.

7. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

  1. Participants are expected to maintain appropriate behaviour during the Event.
  2. Zudio reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or harmful to the brand, staff, or other attendees.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING

  1. The Event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.
  2. By attending the Event, participants consent to the use of their image, voice, likeness, and appearance in photographs, videos, and promotional materials related to Zudio, without additional compensation.

9.DATA PRIVACY

Any personal information collected as part of the Contest or Event registration process will be used solely for Contest administration, winner communication, and Event coordination.

Such information will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and Zudio’s Privacy Policy.

10. ORGANIZER RIGHTS

Zudio reserves the right to:

  1. modify, extend, suspend, or cancel the Contest;
  2. amend these Terms & Conditions;
  3. verify participant eligibility;
  4. disqualify entries that violate these Terms & Conditions;
  5. make all final decisions relating to the Contest.

11. LIABILITY

Participation in the Contest and attendance at the Event are voluntary and at the participant’s own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Zudio shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from participation in the Contest or attendance at the Event.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
