TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE CONTEST

  • Zudio shall not be responsible for making payments in any form to the participants for content created. It is clarified that the participants will not be entitled to any form of monetary compensation for videos created by them.
  • Participants are required to use their own clothes and accessories while creating the content Zudio shall not provide any clothing and/or accessories from the store, or otherwise, to participate in the contest.
  • The contents created by participants shall not be treated as a collaboration with Zudio in any form or manner.
  • Winners will be selected basis the contents of their videos and such selection shall be the sole discretion of Zudio. 
  • The contestants/winner shall not be allowed to use the images/videos taken by them at the Zudio store for contest, for any other purpose besides the contest.
  • Zudio reserves it’s right to disqualify the candidates at any stage, at its sole discretion.  The winner of the competition will be a part of the fashion show driven by Zudio in Bangalore.
  • The winner will be called to Bangalore by the brand. The Travel Boarding and Lodging of the winner shall be looked after by Zudio, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
  • The winner shall be entitled for transportation (Economy Class in case of Air Travel or Cab services based on location) to Bangalore from his/her location. 

 

  • Details of the event for Winner is as follows. 
  • 5th March 2026 - Trial day - Winner will directly report at the venue notified by Zudio from his/her respective location. Transport from Mumbai airport to Venue along with Stay and Food for the day will be provided by Zudio.
  • 6th March 2026 : Relax day : Stay and food allowance of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand), for the day, will be provided by the Zudio.  Zudio shall not provide for any Personal  Travel of the winner  within the city for this day, or otherwise.
  • 7th March 2026 : Fashion show day : Travel from the hotel to the venue along with  food and  travel from venue to the Bangalore airport will be provided by Zudio.

Zudio shall only reimburse the travel related to the event. Personal Travel of the winner in any manner on the above mentioned dates shall not be borne by Zudio.

Winner shall be entitled to receive their travel cost from their home to the respective city airport at actuals or Rs.1000 whichever is lower, and from the respective city airport to home. Acknowledgement that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram/Facebook, or any other social media platform.
