ABOUT CONTEST/AUDITION
• Zudio is conducting a digital creative challenge (“Contest”) inviting participants to reimagine Zudio's denim campaign using Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• The Contest starts on 6TH OF JULY 2026 and ends on 25TH OF JULY 2026
• Participants are required to create AI-generated images and/or videos inspired by Zudio's denim campaign using the denim assets posted by @myzudio on instagram.
• Entries must be uploaded on the participant’s personal Instagram profile using the hashtag #Zudioreimagined and tagging @myzudio.
• The winning participant(s) will receive: A Zudio gift voucher worth ₹10,000 and An opportunity to collaborate with Zudio’s creative team on a future project.
• Selection is entirely at Zudio's discretion.
• This Contest is a promotional activity and does not constitute employment or a contractual engagement with Zudio or Trent Ltd.
• Zudio reserves the right to modify timelines, prizes, formats or any aspect of the Contest at its sole discretion.
PROCESS TO PARTICIPATE
Participants must:
• Create an AI-generated image or video inspired by Zudio's denim campaign.
• Use the denim visuals/assets shared by @myZudio on Instagram as the inspiration for their creation.
• Participants are free to use any AI platform or tool of their choice.
• Post their entry on Instagram. Tag @myzudio. Use the hashtag #Zudioreimagined.
• Ensure their Instagram profile is public throughout the Contest period.
• Multiple entries are permitted; however, each entry must be original.
• Zudio shall not be under any obligation to publish, display, promote or otherwise use any Submission
Participants Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older on the date of entry.
Information shared with Zudio (if requested) must be accurate and complete.
Zudio may request proof of age or identity from shortlisted participants.
2. Voluntary Participation
Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
Zudio shall not be responsible for platform-related issues including visibility, reach, uploads, engagement, or technical failures.
Zudio is not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect contact details, privacy settings or technical issues.
3. Originality & AI Usage
Entries must be created by the participant using AI tools.
Participants may use any publicly available AI platform.
Entries must be original and should not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Participants are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to all prompts, assets, references or content used in creating their submission.
Zudio or Trent Ltd. doesn’t assume liability of cost incurred for content creation or AI subscription if needed for contest entries
Entries containing offensive, defamatory, unlawful, misleading or inappropriate content may be disqualified.
4. Selection & Prize
Entries will be evaluated on creativity, originality, storytelling, execution and alignment with the Zudio brand.
Selection shall be at Zudio's sole discretion and no feedback, scoring details pr evaluation rationale shall be disclosed.
Winner responses to be received by 25th July 2026
Winner(s) will receive:
• A Zudio Gift Voucher worth ₹10,000.
• An opportunity to collaborate with Zudio's Creative Team.
The collaboration opportunity, if offered, shall be subject to separate discussions and agreements and is not a guarantee of employment or future commercial engagement.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All expenses related to the redemption of the gift voucher must be borne by the winner. Zudio assumes no responsibility for such costs.
5. Usage Rights
By participating, participants grant Zudio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:
Use, reproduce, publish, edit, adapt and display the submitted content.
Share the participant’s name, username and submitted work across Zudio's social media, digital platforms, marketing materials, in-store screens and promotional campaigns.
Participants will not be entitled to any additional compensation for such usage.
6. Intellectual Property
Participants retain ownership of their original submission.
However, by entering the Contest, participants grant Zudio the usage rights described above.
Participants agree to indemnify Zudio against any third-party intellectual property claims arising from their submission.
No ownership or other rights in the Zudio’s intellectual property are transferred to the Participants, and any use beyond the scope of the Contest is strictly prohibited.
7. Data Consent
Any personal information collected will be used solely for Contest administration, winner selection and prize fulfilment.
Processing of personal information shall be in accordance with applicable Indian laws and Zudio's Privacy Policy.
8. Liability & Indemnity
Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zudio shall not be liable for any loss, damage or claims arising from participation in the Contest.
Zudio assumes all submitted content is original and does not verify whether it has been copied from any brand, creator, or third party. In the event of any legitimate claim of plagiarism, copyright infringement, or unauthorized use, Zudio reserves the right to disqualify the entry at its sole discretion.
9. Organizer Rights
Zudio reserves the right to:
• Modify, suspend or cancel the Contest.
• Change the judging criteria.
• Disqualify any participant for plagiarism, copyright infringement, misconduct, fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.
• Make all decisions relating to the Contest, which shall be final and binding.
10. Force Majeure
Zudio shall not be liable for delays, interruptions or cancellation of the Contest due to events beyond its reasonable control.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
