#ZudioSaleHaul Contest – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the Zudio #ZudioSaleHaul Contest (“Contest”) conducted by Zudio (a brand of Trent Ltd.) (“Company”). By participating, participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.


1. Eligibility

1.1 Open only to residents of India aged 18 years or above.
1.2 Employees of Zudio, Trent Ltd., affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.


2. Contest Period

2.1 The Contest is valid only during the Zudio End of Season Sale (EOSS) period, as decided by the Company.
2.2 Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be considered.


3. How to Participate

3.1 To participate, individuals must:

  • Purchase products from the Zudio sale collection
  • Ensure the purchase includes minimum ONE (1) sale items
  • Create and upload an original Instagram Reel featuring their haul
  • Use hashtag#zudiosalehaul
  • Tag@myzudio (official handle)
  • Keep their Instagram profile public for evaluation

Note:

·       Contest is a promotional activity.

·       No separate entry fee is charged.

·       Purchase requirement is solely for eligibility verification.

3.2 Each participant can submit one (1) entry only.


4. Valid Entry Requirements

Entries must:

  • Feature products purchased during the Contest Period
  • Be original content created by the participant
  • Not include plagiarized, offensive, or misleading material  

The Company reserves the right to disqualify invalid or non-compliant entries.


5. Winner Selection

  • A total of 100 winners will be selected.
  • Winners will be chosen via a random draw from eligible entries.
  • Decision of the Company shall be final and binding.


6. Winner Announcement

Winners will be announced on:

  • Zudio’s official Instagram page
  • Zudio’s official website

The announcement will include participant Instagram handles.

* This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.


7. Winner Communication & Verification

  • Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM from @myzudio.
  • Winners must respond within 3 days of communication.  

Winners must provide:

  • Purchase invoice (digital or physical)
  • Proof of purchase within Contest Period
  • Confirmation of purchase sale items
  • Full Name, Email ID, City & State

Failure to respond or validate will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected. 

8. Reward Details

  • Each winner will receive a Zudio e-voucher worth INR 500.

Voucher conditions:

  • Non-transferable & non-exchangeable
  • Not redeemable for cash
  • Issued post successful verification
  • Subject to validity & terms mentioned on voucher


9. Disqualification

Participants may be disqualified if:

  • Invoice is invalid, altered, or unverifiable
  • Purchase criteria not met
  • Incorrect hashtag/tag used
  • Profile is private during evaluation
  • Content is plagiarized, inappropriate, or misleading


10. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Participants grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • Participants confirm they own or have necessary rights to the content shared.


11. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be responsible for:

  • Technical issues, platform failures, or lost entries
  • Delayed or incomplete submissions
  • Participant failure to claim reward within timeline  


12. Data & Privacy

Any personal data collected will be used only for Contest-related purposes and processed in accordance with applicable laws and Zudio’s privacy policy (aligned with standard contest practices).  By participating, participants consent to such processing and publication of winner identification details.


13. General Conditions

  • Participation is voluntary and at participant’s own risk.
  • This Contest is a promotional activity and does not constitute employment or partnership.

·       The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, disqualify, modify, suspend or cancel the Contest in case of fraud, abuse, technical issues or any event affecting fair administration of the Contest.

14. Governing Law

  • These T&Cs are governed by laws of India
  • Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
